• Pesce Nero alla Livornese | halibut filet alla Livornese with broccoli rabe
• Abbacchio alla Romana | braised baby lamb and grilled chop with artichokes and fava beans
• Bistecca | certified dry aged 12oz. black angus strip steak with red wine glazed baby onions, roasted potatoes and creamed spinach florentine
